This diaper cover was designed to exactly match our XL 2in1 bamboo diaper insert. The XL 2in1 bamboo insert has 2 velcro parts on both sides, that fit to the related hook in this diaper cover. Our XL 2in1 diaper cover is big enough to also cover a slim 2-piece diaper (like our bamboo diaper) or a prefold.
